You Break Through

Altamonte Springs Dental Group is definitely the best Dental practice I’ve ever been to…how I wish I started with them years ago! From the very first visit about 6 months ago, I can say it’s a pleasure going for my appointments. The receptionist are very welcoming. In my vists, I’ve seen both Dr. Rob and Dr. Riddhi, both very compassionate and encouraging, plus very attentive and great listeners. Assistant Kathy is wonderful, friendly & so caring! My hygienist Jey is awesome, he has helped me get on track with my dental plan and with his help, I’ve been improving. He is very helpful, understanding & compassionate! I can’t say enough of how grateful I am to have found Altamonte Dental Group! I look forward to my next visit (who says that about going to the dentist) and would highly recommend this group!

I was having intense pain in my mouth, my doctor Riddhi Jani and I decided it needed to be pulled right away after an x-ray, gave me a gel anesthetic on my gums(no needles), and pulled it without me even feeling it. Great experience, would recommend!

Great office with friendly and professional staff. Jeysel is a fantastic hygienist and awesome guy. Very knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and I felt zero discomfort during my SRP. Val at the front desk is great. Very patient with scheduling and billing and all of the front desk staff have never failed to greet me as soon I walk in. Dr. Rob and Dr. Chloe were both very thorough when I saw them and they do a good job at creating an environment where you feel comfortable asking any questions you might have. During my initial exam, Dr. Rob raised some concerns which would require special care. I was unsure at first because my old dentist never called it out when I saw him less than a year ago. Dr. Rob explained the what/why and when I compared my new x-rays with my previous dentist's recent x-rays, I saw the same markers. That means my old dentist either missed it or ignored it. Yiiikes. So, A+ to Dr. Rob for a thorough examination, spotting a concern, and making sure I understood my situation and next steps. Lastly, Dr. Immerman performed what felt like an overall uneventful surgical extraction of my wisdom tooth which was everything I was hoping for. I sat in the chair, met him, he remarked that it'll be a simple surgery, and then I woke up. Minimal discomfort following the operation and the site has healed up nicely. A+. At this office, it doesn't feel like you are fighting for anyone's time. The doctors and staff give their full time and attention to you and make sure you understand your care and your questions are answered. MyChart integration is nice, too. 09/08/26 edit: I had my second cleaning with Jey and want to add that he asks great follow-up questions to investigate the cause of any concerns I bring up. During my visit, I brought up some some staining that I started to develop and the questions he asked really jogged my memory as to what changed in my routine that may have caused it. He made some recommendations and I'm confident they will make a difference.
